Bhanu is the best Indian cuisine in the Pasadena area! Unbelievable quality every time. The adjacent market is a spice paradise so stock up on your dried spices and 2 for 1 Ashoka ready to eat boxes. The thali plates are TDF and EVERYTHING is fantastic. “See you tomorrow!” is the Bhanu farewell 🥰

Called to order samosas to-go. They said it would take 10 minutes. I got there to pick up and the order took 20 minutes. If its busy they should say it will take more time. And the samosas are not even authentic. They look like spring roll paper. Previously I asked for non-frozen dosa batter. They said they will give it in two minutes. Ended up waiting 10 minutes and they collected payment before I even saw the product. I was under the impression it would be a sealed packet but instead it was an unlabelled container. This place is getting more and more disappointing with each visit.

Delicious food. Have had take out and dine in many times. The food is amazing. I highly recommend the garlic nan, tandoori chicken, chicken masala, and dosa. Amazing staff, and also a great grocery store. Great value on rice, spices, lentils, and imported chocolate. We have been going here for over four years. And it is always great! The team is friendly, and helpful. They make you feel at home.

BHANUS in SGV is loved by me & locals! By day, the menu is filled with so many Indian Food Fav combinations that you can try what you crave from all the different types curries, Briyani, tandoori chicken, appetizers, noodles and chutneys. After Dark, Bhanus Indian transforms its kitchen to Indian Fusion burritos, chipotle style bowls and adding more flavor and spices late night munchies like nuggets and fries. These flavors are exclusive on all the food apps from 9pm to Midnight, Thursday to Sunday ONLY! I learned eating a Tandoor Chicken Caesar burrito totally hits the spot around 10pm when all the kids are finally asleep and those spiced masala fries are soo good that ketchup is not required. Definitely worth checking out!

Bhanu Indian Cuisine & Market was such a hidden gem in San Gabriel 😭✨ I loved that it’s both an authentic Indian restaurant AND market all in one place, so you can enjoy a full meal and also explore aisles filled with imported snacks, drinks, frozen foods, spices, and desserts 👀 Everything tasted super comforting and flavorful. The naan was buttery and fresh, the curries were rich and delicious, and the samosas with all the different sauces were sooo good. You can really tell a lot of care goes into the food here 🥹 The atmosphere also felt really warm and family-owned, which made the experience even better. Definitely such a fun spot if you want to try authentic Indian food or discover new snacks and ingredients!
